4x4 trip to Mina de San Virgilio - Córdoba
| Very technical 4x4 crossing between the stones of Córdoba |
| 2 days of adventure |
The south of Córdoba is the icon of 4x4 tours in Piedra, very technical and demanding circuits that are a reference in the offroad world.
To the south of the Calamuchita Valley, where the landscape stands out for its stripped beauty, mountains covered in stones and high grasslands, exceptional panoramic views, hills and lots of adrenaline.
In 2 days of 4x4 Crossing we will visit the abandoned mines of what was the tungsten (or tungsten) basin that was used in the Second World War to harden the armor of tanks.
On the first day we will arrive at the pine forests of Cerro Áspero, after touring the legendary Piedra 4x4 circuit. The length from the meeting point is almost 80 km one way and 80 km return, of which only 8 km are purely off road and denote the difficulty required by all manual rock technique and the best possible knowledge. of the vehicle being driven.
In the same Valley there is another abandoned mining town, which we will visit on day 2: Las Minas de San Virgilio, on the mountain range between Córdoba and San Luis, with other challenges to overcome that will require teamwork and a lot of wrist.
On the last day of the 4x4 Traverse we will go to Estancia Los Merlo, where after lunch in the countryside we will ascend to the viewpoint between stones and axis crosses, to contemplate an unparalleled view of the Valleys.
